Users may submit information regarding local specials, events, and venues, including uploading photos. By submitting this information, you grant LocalSpecials a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify the content on our platform. We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any submission at our sole discretion.

3. User Warranties (Copyright Certification)

If you upload a photo or media asset to LocalSpecials, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright to the photo or have received explicit, written permission from the venue owners/original copyright holders to publish and license the media on our platform. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless LocalSpecials against any intellectual property claims or damages arising from your media submissions.

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyrighted work or image has been uploaded to LocalSpecials without authorization, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at business@localspecials.net. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification and URL link of the infringing material on our site.
• Your contact information (email address, telephone number, and physical mailing address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.

5. Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide updated and curated listings for happy hours, food deals, and local events, specials change frequently and are subject to weather, holidays, and management choices without warning. LocalSpecials IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We are not responsible for discrepancies, price disagreements, or denied entry at any venue.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VECHRON LLC (OPERATING AS LocalSpecials), ITS FOUNDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, RELIANCE ON THE LISTINGS, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY DISCOVERED SPECIALS OR EVENTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH ISSUES, ACCIDENTS, LIQUOR LIABILITY, OR CONFLICTS AT ASSOCIATED ESTABLISHMENTS).

7. Advertising & Subscriptions (Featured & Diamond Partners)

If you purchase a Featured Slot, Diamond Banner, or any other advertising package on LocalSpecials, the following terms apply:

• Dynamic Pricing: Pricing for advertising slots is not fixed and is subject to change at any time based on demand, market factors, or our sole discretion. We do not guarantee lifetime pricing. If your subscription price changes, we will provide notice before your next billing cycle.
• Month-to-Month: All advertising subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial months or previously displayed advertisements.
• Content Approval: We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any advertisement, image, or slogan that we determine violates our community standards, is deceptive, or does not fit the aesthetic of our platform.
